Introduction:
We loved our visit to this heavily wooded campground in Vermont. It is located in a particularly pretty area of the state and it is convenient to several interesting towns.

Privacy Rating (how spacious and private do the sites feel):
5/5: The entire campground is heavily wooded, so all the sites have at least some degree of privacy. However, some sites are definitely better than others. We were originally placed in a pull-through site (because we expected to only be there for two nights) in the middle of a large area of seasonal residents. Because our neighbors had tons of stuff in their sites, our space did not feel particularly private. However, when we asked if we could move to a different loop, they were happy to oblige us and our new site was awesome. We happened to be the only people camping in that loop, but even if there had been others there, we still would have had tons of space and privacy. Based on our experience, I would definitely suggest trying to get a site in the loop we were in (around site #110). I would try to avoid being placed in one of the transient sites that are mixed in with the seasonal sites.
Location Rating (accessibility to points of interest or to major highways):
4/5: This was a very good location. It took about 20 to 30 minutes to drive to most areas of interest - Quechee and Woodstock being the big ones. It's a bit west of I-91, so relatively convenient if you're traveling through.
Site Quality and Big Rig Accessibility Rating (utilities and accessibility of campground hook ups):
4/5: The utilities were well placed. In our first location (Site #107), our water spigot was leaking a bit, but nothing terrible. We just didn't love this space because our neighbors (all seasonal folks) were really spread our in their sites which made us feel crunched in. We had no such issues in site #110. As far as the internal roads, there are some that are very tight. The owners will escort you to your site to make sure you don't take a wrong turn and end up in a difficult situation.
Technology and Customer Service Rating (online resources, reservations, and staff):
5/5: Customer service was great. We spoke to the owners multiple times and they were incredibly personable and helpful. They were more than willing to allow us to move sites, they provided us lots of information about the local area, and were just very friendly. We did have to call for reservations, but their website is very modern and has a ton of information about things to do in the area, as well as a campground map.
Internet Availability Rating (Verizon coverage or campground wifi):
4/5: I can't remember offhand whether the wifi worked (I waited too long to write this review...), but I know that Verizon worked well.
Summary:
We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. We loved the heavily wooded setting and the spacious sites - at least the ones in the back of the campground. There are definitely a lot of seasonal sites and some take up a lot of space, so there are areas that can feel cramped. Additionally, all the trees drop a lot of debris that can make some of the campers look a bit run down, but for the most part, everything was in good order and having spent far too much time in parking lot type campgrounds, we were thrilled to find ourselves in this setting. Additionally, the folks who run the campground are incredible personable and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
